Career
His father is the former jockey and trainer Kaneo Ikezoe; his younger brother is the trainer Manabu Ikezoe.
With Orfevre he won the 2011 Triple Crown and Arima Kinen, the 2012 Takarazuka Kinen and the 2013 Arima Kinen. He has won Japan’s two “Grand Prix” races — the Arima and the Takarazuka — seven times in total.
