The story

He won the 1991 Satsuki Sho and Tokyo Yushun and was that year’s Horse of the Year. Winning the 1992 Japan Cup made him the first Japanese-trained winner of an international Grade 1.

After almost a year away with injury (364 days), he returned to win the 1993 Arima Kinen. He entered the Hall of Fame in 1995.
